2. Additional Salary:
a. The president shall be paid at the rate of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each regularly scheduled meeting and each recessed meeting or special meeting attended during each calendar month, not to exceed three (3) meetings per month.
b. The president shall also be paid twenty dollars ($20.00) per hour for each hour of work done on village business other than meetings, not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) per month. $300 base salary + $200 for 2 monthly meetings + $500 in 25 extra hours of village business = $1,000.

B. Trustees: Trustees shall be paid a base monthly salary of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), plus one hundred twenty five dollars ($125.00) for each special meeting attended during each calendar month, not to exceed one special meeting per month. (Ord. 2010-12, 10-5-2010)

Per Payroll Records: Mayor Clatfelter is paid the maximum $1000 every month and the Village Trustees are paid $250 every month regardless of attending the meetings or not. Below are the meeting dates and those who were absent.
Mayor Clatfelter is apparently on the honor system when it come to reporting his hours of extra work for the village see the FOIA below. Shouldn't there be some sort of reporting requirement for accounting purposes?
Date: Sunday, November 25, 2018 at 7:43 PM To: Mike Stratton <email@example.com> Subject: FOIA Request Clatfelter hourly reporting
Dear Mr. Stratton, As per the provisions of the law "request" may be asked for by electronic mail. For the purposes of this subsection (g), "request" means a written document (or oral request, if the public body chooses to honor oral requests) that is submitted to a public body via personal delivery, mail, telefax, electronic mail, or other means available to the public body and that identifies the particular public record the requester seeks. One request may identify multiple records to be inspected or copied. (Source: P.A. 97-579, eff. 8-26-11; 98-806, eff. 1-1-15.)
I am requesting a copy of the monthly reporting records for hourly work done on village business other than meetings by Mayor Trevor J. Clatfelter for the period of 5/1/2017-4/30/2018 and 5/1/2018-11/24/2018 as I have noticed Mayor Clatfelter is paid the "maximum salary" monthly regardless of the number of meetings. Four monthly meeting in FY 2018 were canceled and one monthly meeting has been canceled in FY 2019 to date. Village Code States: 1-6-2: COMPENSATION:

(a) When a person requests a copy of a record maintained in an electronic format, the public body shall furnish it in the electronic format specified by the requester, if feasible. If it is not feasible to furnish the public records in the specified electronic format, then the public body shall furnish it in the format in which it is maintained by the public body, or in paper format at the option of the requester.
